This may not belong to our known native delicacies but i think this viand is unique to us Warays. Humba…for sure it won’t be out of the picture during occasions especially fiestas. Aside from lechon paksiw, humba is one of the best “pasalubong” to relatives who miss the tastes of Tanauan.

So much comments have been shared in my last blog on the tourism future of our beloved town Tanauan. There were many

possibilities considered by our kababayans, but one thing stood out, at least for me - that of unraveling the potential of Ambao Hill into a tourist- drawing mecca. Now, that poses a lot of pros and cons, but is it possible? Ambao Hill, a future Antipolo?
