What is your "fasting" this Lent? When you come `to fasting' this Lent, do the correct way `of fasting' because, the word "fasting" is not what most think, and when you do `fasting' before Lent, that, you are going to hold `your fasting' to a promise of good conscience. When you "fast" make sure that it is your doctor's order, otherwise, when there's no doctor's order, then, eat, because, to do FASTING is a sin. When your appetite can't, just bite a little, in order that you won't fall to a sin. You do not have to follow in the 40 days FASTING as written in the Bible, for if you imitate, it will be another 'inulang' in your soul. What is Good Friday?
