The reason for this is that the feasibility study has been finished and was presented to them. As proposed by the proponents, the following were the details given to me.
1. The Project will now cost a little less than P80,000,000.00 (P80M)
2. The rental to be passed on to stall owners is P2,400.00 per month with a 10% commulative interest increment annually.
3. The stall owners will have to pay the rights amounting to P50,000.00, this right is given to occupy his space good for 10 years (not sure about this, I forgot if this was 5 years or 10 years. I still have to ask again.) and an additional P100,000.00 rights for the next ten years. The 50,000 rights is payable in 24 months installment. But the P100,000.00 is not indicated on how this is supposed to be paid by the stall holders. Read the rest of this entry »
