I happened to get back to Tacloban City for a two day roadshow presentation to launch a livelihood grant program last April 19-20, 2007 for the benefit of our brothers in Region VIII (The program is called Grassroots Entrepreneurs for Ecotourism or aptly acronymed GREET. HUMBA…..A Tease to your Palate!

This may not belong to our known native delicacies but i think this viand is unique to us Warays. Humba…for sure it won’t be out of the picture during occasions especially fiestas. Aside from lechon paksiw, humba is one of the best “pasalubong” to relatives who miss the tastes of Tanauan.
